Terms and Conditions for THE FLOOR HUT

1. Definitions:

• "Store" refers to THE FLOOR HUT
• "Customer" refers to any person or entity making a purchase from the store.

2. Product Information:

• THE FLOOR HUT offers a variety of flooring products, including but not limited to Hardwoods, laminates, vinyls, tiles, shower supplies, building materials etc.
• Product descriptions provided are for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish.

3. Ordering Process:

• Orders can be placed in-store or online through www.thefloorhut.com. In case of discrepancy in pricing of instore and online store, in store prices will always be applicable.
• All orders are subject to confirmation. The Floor Hut reserves the right to reject or cancel orders.

4. Pricing and Payment:

• Prices listed are in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment methods accepted include Debit Card, Credit Card, E-transfers to sales@thefloorhut.ca, Cash, Cheque payable to Arkia Ceramics Inc.
• Taxes, fees, and delivery charges may apply and are not included in the listed prices.

5. Delivery and Installation:

• Delivery times and costs will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Installation services are available and can be scheduled separately.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring the premises are ready for installation.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges are subject to The Floor Hut's return policy.
• Restocking fees may apply.

7. Warranties:

• The Floor Hut provides warranties on certain products through manufacturer/supplier. Details are available in the warranty documentation provided with the product

8. Liability and Damages:

• The Floor Hut is not liable for damages incurred during delivery, installation, or use of the products.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within same day of receipt.

9. Installation Terms:

• If The Floor Hut provides installation services, terms and conditions specific to installation will be provided separately.

10. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property associated with The Floor Hut and its products are owned by The Floor Hut.

11. Privacy Policy:

• Customer information is collected, used, and protected as outlined in The Floor Hut's Privacy Policy, available on the website.

12. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration/mediation/court proceedings, governed by the laws of Province of Ontario.

13. Modifications to Terms:

• The Floor Hut reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.

By making a purchase from The Floor Hut, the customer agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions.
