Return Policy for The Floor Hut

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • The Floor Hut is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your flooring purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 20 days of the purchase date. Upto two unused or unopened boxes can be returned within 20 days without any restocking fees, 25% restock fees applies above two boxes provided they are returned within timeline and in original packing.

2. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any product that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@thefloorhut.ca or 519-436-4366 within the specified return period.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.

4. Return Authorization (RA) Number:

  • Some returns may require a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Inspection and Refund:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

7. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to [list any non-refundable items].

8. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Exceptions:

  • Our return policy may not cover certain types of items, including but not limited to accessories such as moldings, baseboards, stairs, mortars, grouts, trims, special orders, custom products etc.

10. Changes to the Return Policy:

  • The Floor Hut reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
